How do I return?

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

No problem: you can return it immediately using our return & exchange facility.

 

What is Store Credit?

Store credit is the amount of money on your account that you may use to make purchase.There is no expiry date and you may apply it at the chekout page.Contact us if you have any issues.

 

Can I get my refund in cash ?

 Refunds come as Store Credit on you account back after deducting any applicable fees.

 

I do not want an exchange, I want to return the product?

No problem. Use the Store Credit refunded amount to purchase any other item.

 

 Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

 

How long would it take to get my Store Credit Refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed,  through store credit refunded the full value of your purchase into your account.The return process will be maximum of 5 working days from your intial request. 
  • If the items dosent meet as per our return policy we will send back the items to you

 

Orders that have been exchanged, repaired or replace are NOT eligible for a STORE CREDIT refund.
